Madison Reinhard, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with extensive experience in hospital medicine and pulmonary care. She began her career at Hartford Hospital in 2019, where she continues to provide comprehensive care for patients on general medicine, cardiology, and rehabilitation floors. Madison is also involved in patient admissions, consultations, and discharge planning, collaborating closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.
At People’s Pulmonary, Madison cares for patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including obstructive sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and interstitial lung disease. She provides both new consultations and ongoing follow-up care, working in close collaboration with her supervising physician and clinical team. Madison is dedicated to helping her patients improve their respiratory health through education, compassion, and evidence-based medicine.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys running, hiking with her two dogs, reading, traveling, and baking.
As a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with over a decade in hospital medicine and cardiology, Payal Amin, PA-C, has built her career on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Her work across Windham Hospital, St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, and Hartford Hospital has honed her ability to manage complex conditions, lead during high-acuity situations, and ensure seamless care transitions through strong collaboration and communication.
Payal is passionate about preventive and continuity of care and takes pride in helping patients understand and take ownership of their health. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Health Sciences and Biochemistry.
She is excited to join People’s Pulmonary Clinic, where she hopes to contribute meaningfully to improving access to high-quality pulmonary and internal medicine care. Outside of work, Payal lives in Glastonbury with her husband and three children, and enjoys travel and exploring diverse cultures values that continue to shape her empathy and lifelong learning as a clinician.
